ITM Africa in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, policies and lifecycle processes.

You will provide HR advisory services on contracts, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management, while identifying new business opportunities in recruitment, TES, HR consulting, training and outsourcing services. The role requires knowledge of SA labour law and POPIA, with KPI-driven reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in management or advisory roles.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and labour law.
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or account management.
• Experience preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and developing business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, policies and lifecycle processes.
• Provide HR advisory services on contracts, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for recruitment, TES, HR consulting, training and outsourcing services.
• Generate sales, prepare proposals, manage the sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Oversee recruitment, candidate screening, selection, placement and temporary staffing processes.
• Promote training and development services and coordinate client training requirements.
• Identify and develop HR outsourcing and consulting opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation, POPIA and contractual requirements.
• Monitor HR operations, sales performance, client retention and service delivery against KPIs.
• Prepare monthly HR, sales and operational reports for the Managing Director.
