Job summary

Talent Fox SA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function within a staffing and outsourcing environment. This senior, hands-on role covers governance, labour law compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, Employment Equity and BBEE reporting in a multi-site operation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong South African labour relations expertise and experience in TES, staffing or labor-intensive settings, with a proven track record

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or SABPP registration is advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience within TES, staffing, outsourcing, multi-site environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters and CCMA issues.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – STAFFING & OUTSOURCING

An established organisation within the staffing, recruitment and outsourcing industry is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function.

This is a senior, hands-on HR role with responsibility for HR governance, labour law compliance, employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, Employment Equity, B-BBEE and people-related reporting across a complex operational environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong South African labour relations expertise and experience operating within a TES, staffing, outsourcing, labor-intensive or multi-site environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification and/or SABPP registration advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years' progressive HR generalist experience, including management or senior HR advisory experience.
• Experience within TES, staffing, outsourcing, labor-intensive, multi-site or client-site environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong practical employee relations and industrial relations experience.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters, grievances, incapacity, retrenchments and CCMA/Bargaining Council matters.
