Job summary

ITM Africa in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, policies and lifecycle processes.

You will provide HR advisory services on contracts, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management, while identifying new business opportunities in recruitment, TES, HR consulting, training and outsourcing services. The role requires knowledge of SA labour law and POPIA, with KPI-driven reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in management or advisory roles.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and labour law.
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or account management.
• Experience preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and developing business opportunities.

• Monitor HR operations, sales performance, client retention and service delivery against KPIs.
• Prepare monthly HR, sales and operational reports for the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in HR management or advisory.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR administration and labour legislation.
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or account management.
• Experience preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and developing business opportunities.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Outsourced HR services or multi-client experience will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
