Formación

• In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Experience in developing HR policies and conducting audits.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in conducting HR audits and generating compliance reports.


• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.


• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.


• Proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving.
