Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compliance, labour law, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, etc.).
• Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
