Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Human Resources Compliance Specialist to join our team in Paarl, Western Cape. You will ensure adherence to South African labour laws, audit HR practices, and develop compliance training across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR compliance, in-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, and strong analytical and reporting skills to safeguard employees and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in HR compliance or labour law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, etc.).
• Experience with HR auditing and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
