Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must not have previously participated in an internship programme.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll preparation, leave administration, and employee data capturing.
• Maintain employee records and support HR administrative processes.
• Assist with responding to employee payroll and HR-related queries.
• Provide administrative support for disciplinary hearings, grievances, and consultations.
• Support the review and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with placing job advertisements and screening applications.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist with reference checks and recruitment administration.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.
