Job summary

Qala in Cape Town is offering a learning & development internship for a recent HR graduate. You will assist in designing an in-house leadership development programme and shaping learning journeys, with ROI-focused measurement to demonstrate training impact.

The role is office-based in Parow Industria, five days a week, for 12 months, with a monthly stipend. Applicants should have an HR qualification, strong communication, and be a motivated learner prepared to contribute to a leading retail
