The internship offers general HR administration, onboarding/offboarding support, employee records, learning and development logistics, and HR reporting, with a stipend and pathways into graduate schemes and bursaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• South African citizenship with valid ID
• No criminal record or adverse credit record
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Full availability for the 12-month programme

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain accurate employee records, including filing and documentation
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Provide support in learning and development activities, including training session logistics
• Assist in capturing data and compiling HR reports
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as they arise
