The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as an HR Generalist, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of CCMA/Bargaining Council matters; Sage 300 is advantageous, and you must be highly organized to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing / unionized environment.
• Valid Driver's License / Own Vehicle.
• Sage 300 experience (advantageous).
• Computer literate and proficient with HR systems.
• Bargaining Council and CCMA experience (NON Negotiable).
• Highly organized and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
