Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven success in recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Experience designing and managing employee engagement programs.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HRIS and ATS systems.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor legislation related to recruitment and employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

About the Role

Our client is a leading multinational corporation with a significant presence in Cape Town, Western Cape, and they are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to spearhead their Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement efforts. This role is crucial for attracting top talent and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for recruitment, onboarding, and retention, while also driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement programs, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in engagement and culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing employee engagement programs.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, HRIS, and ATS systems.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor legislation related to recruitment and employment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Cape Town, Western Cape is advantageous.
