This role requires a broad understanding of various HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. As a key member of the HR function, you will contribute to implementing HR policies and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles.
• Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues.
• Administer HR policies and procedures consistently.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor legislation.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Respond to employee and management queries on HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficient use of MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
