Placements24 is seeking an HR Generalist specializing in Compensation and Benefits in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will manage day-to-day compensation and benefits administration, conduct market analyses, and support payroll and HRIS to keep reward strategies competitive and compliant.

With at least five years in HR and a solid grasp of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits programs, you will collaborate with providers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with a strong focus on compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits program management.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing and SA labour laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

Responsibilities
