Placements24 is seeking a diligent HR Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to South African labor laws and internal policies in Randburg. You will develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and advise managers to mitigate risk.

The role requires a law or HR background, 3-5 years in HR compliance, and a keen eye for detail. You will work across departments in a hybrid environment, contributing to a legally sound and ethical workplace.

Qualifications
