• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role. Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (housekeeping, front office, F&B, etc.). Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to provide exceptional guest experiences. Manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and address guest complaints or feedback promptly. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability. Analyze revenue reports and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and increase occupancy. Establish partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws. Regularly inspect facilities to ensure standards are maintained.
