Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

You will ensure smooth inter-department coordination, manage staff, and monitor service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, compliance, and strategic thinking to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff; conduct performance reviews and set objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor metrics and optimize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations; maintain hygiene standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and attract customers.
