Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ensure area of operation is kept neat and tidy at all times.
• Maintain high standards of crime prevention at all times.
• Ensure all emergency exits are clear of any obstructions.
• Ensure crowds are controlled at all times.
• Ensure hotel management is advised upon the arrival of any VIP guests.
• Inform hotel management of any incidents that occur in operating area.
• Assist hotel guests with their luggage and the correct storing of luggage.
