Job summary

The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts is seeking a Porter to greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring a high standard of hospitality. The Porter will also manage luggage handling, post and parcel distribution, and maintain a tidy lobby and forecourt.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
• Hands on problem solving and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests to the hotel and assist with luggage on arrival.
• Ensure the highest standard of hospitality and handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist guests with luggage and manage collection and distribution of post and parcels.
• Keep lobby and forecourt areas clean and tidy at all times.
