Job summary

Headhunters in Cape Town is seeking a Training Facilitator for the hospitality sector. You will facilitate classes (in-store or classroom), develop course materials, and ensure engaging, effective learning experiences for staff across the brand.

Key duties include planning the yearly training calendar, coordinating internal and sponsored programs, and supporting new store openings with brand-specific training and system procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant Degree / Diploma in training and hospitality.
• Must have experience in training in hospitality.
• Valid drivers license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate various classes, practical in-store or theoretical in classroom.
• Write course material for sessions.
• Plan and schedule yearly training; track outcomes and reporting.
• Coordinate franchisee training planners and brand packs (SOPs, systems).
• Lead new store opening training; oversee system training and audits.
• Deliver monthly company induction and system procedures training.
• Submit yearly Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and maintain records.
• Manage external training sponsorships and reporting.
