Life & Brand Portfolio is seeking a Head of Training for the Group, a senior role focused on shaping learning across our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end training programmes, develop curriculum, manage budgets, and partner with store teams to drive quality and performance.

The role requires a passion for operations, at least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, and the ability to travel nationally.

Formación

• Related experience of 5 years in hospitality/restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of and operational experience within the restaurant industry.
• Curriculum and program design experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end learning programmes.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Own transport, valid driver’s licence, and ability to travel nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and quality.
• Facilitation of different classes.
• Facilitation of practical in-store or theoretical classes.
• Writing of the course material for classes.
• Planning, scheduling and reporting of training for throughout the year.
• Includes internal and external training (sponsored training).
• New store opening training.
• Systems and procedure training with new joining managers.
• Tracking and meeting Workplace Skills Plan targets each year.
• Ensure submission takes place yearly in April.
• Maintaining all internal audit standards being measured.
• Manage and update training budget.

Life & Brand Portfolio is currently recruiting a Head of Training for the Group. The ideal candidate has a passion for operations and the restaurant industry. This is a Senior level position and candidates will be expected to work with a fair level of independence. Previous Training experience is a must.

Overall Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
• Facilitation of different classes.
• Facilitation of practical (in store) or theoretical classes (classroom).
• Writing of the course material for classes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant Business or Hospitality qualification;
• Related experience of 5 years;

• Implementing learning solutions;
• Experience in delivering end-to-end learning programmes;
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills;
• Accurate and meticulous;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Discretion and integrity;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated;
• Experience on Micros is a bonus
