An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a prestigious luxury hospitality operation and play a key role in developing people, strengthening service standards and building a culture of continuous learning.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing operational training across the hotel, working closely with leaders and departmental trainers to elevate guest and colleague engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years’ operational hospitality experience

• Proactive, energetic, innovative & self-motivated
• Proven experience in creating and executing full-cycle processes
