Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Hospitality Training Coordinator to design, develop, and deliver engaging online training modules for hospitality staff across locations. This fully remote role emphasizes virtual facilitation, LMS management, and content creation to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality operations and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning technologies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in developing training content using various digital tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, crucial for remote work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging online training modules and workshops for hospitality staff.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention.
• Track and report on training progress, effectiveness, and employee development.
• Collaborate with managers to tailor training programs to departmental needs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training content.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training records are accurate.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees undergoing training.
