The Head of Shared Services Business Optimisation is responsible to optimise Netstar's shared services (property, hardware and fleet) so the right products, assets and facilities are in the right place, at the right time and cost, for faster fitments.

Required Tasks: Leadership & Optimization: Drives cross-functional cost reductions across major operating expense lines, rolls out shared-services ERP/automation/AI, and jointly approves key commercial and supplier contracts.
Property & Facilities: Manages the nationwide real estate footprint (warehouses, branches, fitment centers) from lease negotiation to decommissioning, optimizing space utilization and cost per square meter.
Hardware & Supply Chain: Oversees end-to-end device delivery spanning OEM sourcing, RFPs, demand planning, warehousing, freight, inventory control, and QA/refurbishment loops to minimize waste.
Fleet & Fuel: Controls the complete vehicle lifecycle (sourcing, maintenance, disposal) and enforces strict fuel monitoring and exception tracking to curb downtime and misuse.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Property Management, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or MBA.
Facilities Management or Asset Management certification (advantageous).
15+ years of progressive, professional and operational leadership experience.
At least 8 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple operational support functions.
Proven experience managing shared services environments, including facilities, fleet, equipment, or asset management.
Experience driving business optimisation, efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvement initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale operational budgets and supplier contracts.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations.
