Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education or related field.
• 7–10 years in instructional design, with 3–5 years in management.
• Experience with ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theories.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end ID lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Develop strategic learning plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and department heads to define scope.
