Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is recruiting a Head of Training to lead planning, development and delivery of training initiatives across the group. The role ensures staff, managers, franchisees and new store teams receive effective training aligned with brand standards and systems.

The successful candidate will oversee annual planning, reporting, new store openings, induction programs and external sponsorship management, requiring strong facilitation, organisational and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Education, Training and Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of training programmes and classes across the Group.
• Deliver practical, in-store and classroom-based training with emphasis on standards and procedures.
• Develop and write course material for training programmes.
• Coordinate facilitation training where required.
