Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience leading strategists in a agency setting.
• Ability to own channel strategy and budget allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and where budget goes as accounts scale.
• Manage the PPC and SEO strategists and set quality standards.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and attribution to ensure honest client results.
• Be the client-facing owner when accounts underperform.
• Lead hiring plans and first-round interviews for the department.
