One&Only Cape Town seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the end-to-end cleaning operations across guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back-of-house spaces. You will drive quality, efficiency and safety while maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a large team, coordinate rosters, training and performance, and collaborate with maintenance to uphold a flawless guest experience at the waterfront.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping management and leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a large housekeeping team and manage rosters.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back of house.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and contract cleaning teams to meet service levels.
• Plan rosters and training to optimize performance and guest experience.
• Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to One&Only standards.
