One&Only Cape Town is seeking a dedicated Rooms and Common Areas Supervisor to manage the entire housekeeping function under the Executive Housekeeper. This role covers guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back of house spaces, with shifts varying by operational demand.

You will drive standards, uphold health and safety, and ensure timely service while maintaining exceptional guest experiences in the vibrant Waterfront setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back of house.
• Oversee service vision and standards; ensure Market Metrix scores and One&Only standards are maintained.
• Inspect rooms and public areas regularly and coordinate with cleaning staff and contractors.
• Ensure rooms are serviced and cleaned on time and housekeeping staff are trained.
• Plan schedules and coordinate rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain health and safety procedures.
• Handle guest complaints per policy and communicate with senior management.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, fire and safety procedures and luxury guest experience.
