Placements24 is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor in Upington to support the Guest Services Manager and elevate guest experiences. You will supervise front desk operations, respond to inquiries, manage check-in/check-out, and coach junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with PMS is a plus.
