About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of their premier hotel in Upington . This critical role involves ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across all departments, optimizing operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall profitability and success of the establishment. You will lead and motivate diverse teams, manage budgets, implement operational strategies, and maintain an exceptional guest experience. This is a leadership position for an experienced hospitality professional who can drive excellence in a dynamic environment in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
