The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts in Johannesburg seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to manage check-ins and check-outs, maintain guest accounts, and handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy throughout each stay.

You will assist with reservations, contribute to the night audit process, and work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, accuracy and guest satisfaction while upholding our dignified service standards.

Formación

• Matric is required.
• Hospitality qualification or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of receptionist experience is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with Protel PMS and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out.
• Maintain guest accounts and process transactions.
• Handle special guest requests calmly and professionally.
• Assist with reservations as required.
• Run Night Audit shifts.
