The Capital in Johannesburg is seeking a receptionist to welcome guests, check them in and out, and manage guest accounts during their stays. You will handle reservations, assist with requests, and support night audit operations to ensure a smooth nightly close.

Ideal candidates have Matric, a hospitality qualification or equivalent, and 1–2 years front desk experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with a PMS such as Protel.

• Matric required.

• Good communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Maintain guest accounts and process transactions during stays.
• Handle special guest needs and requests during stays.
• Assist with reservations as required.
• Run Night Audit shifts.
