Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilités

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Input and access data in reservation system and verify room type availability.
• Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to callers.
• Input group rooming lists and revise room blocks to maintain availability.
• Set up proper billing accounts and follow accounting policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
