Protea Hotels by Marriott® is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent in Cape Town to handle guest calls, requests, and inquiries with professionalism. You will operate the switchboard, relay messages, and coordinate with departments to resolve guest needs.

A hospitality background and Opera PMS familiarity are preferred. You will provide information on local attractions, assist with internet access and entertainment options, and ensure a positive guest experience consistent with Marriott

Formación

• At least 1–2 years Call Centre experience within a Hotel environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Working knowledge in Opera PMS.
• Available to work flexible working hours.
• Good telephone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Operate telephone switchboard and answer calls; assist guest with wake-up calls and routing.
• Record and relay messages accurately; log guest requests in the computer system.
• Provide information on room features, amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Process food and beverage orders; record transactions in the POS system.
• Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment; ensure professional appearance and confidentiality.
