BOUTIQUE HOTEL MANAGER

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced, hands‑on hospitality professional to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an exclusive 8-room boutique hotel. We are seeking a dedicated, organised and guest‑focused individual with a passion for hospitality, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to lead a small team while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the daily operations of the boutique hotel
• Managing reservations, bookings and online booking platforms
• Handling guest check-ins, check-outs and guest relations
• Coordinating breakfast and conferencing requirements
• Managing housekeeping and conducting room and public area inspections
• General administration and operational coordination
• Supervising and supporting a small team

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality, guesthouse or hotel industry
• Sound working knowledge of NightsBridge and online booking platforms, including Apply Below and Expedia

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• 5 days per week
• Alternating weekly between early and late shifts
• Early shift: 06:00–15:30
• Late shift: 15:00–23:00
• Weekly schedules determined every Sunday for the week ahead
