Job summary

Scholtz Partners International is seeking an experienced Guesthouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our Western Cape property.

You will manage bookings, handle payments, coordinate check-ins/outs, and liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities are ready for arrivals. A hands-on leader with strong organisational and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Experience in guesthouse/hotel/lodge or hospitality management.
• Experience with bookings and guest relations.
• Experience handling payments, invoices and financial administration.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach.
