Job summary

Protea Hotels by Marriott® Rhodesfield location seeks a Manager on Duty to oversee all property operations and ensure top-tier hospitality and service. You will represent property management in guest and property situations and manage the flow of questions within the lobby.

Responsibilities include tracking service issues, leading guest relations, and ensuring compliance with policies while coordinating with departments to achieve guest satisfaction and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ guest services/front desk/related experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree with 2 years’ guest services/front desk/related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations as the Manager on Duty.
• Resolve guest or property-related situations and direct guests in the lobby.
• Monitor service issues and log/MOD reports daily.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead guest relations to improve overall guest satisfaction.
