Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key.
• Process all check-outs including settling accounts, resolving late or disputed charges, and generating closing reports.
• Answer calls, take messages, address guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Assist guests with directions, local information, parking procedures, and accessibility needs.
• Follow safety, security, and operational policies and maintain confidentiality and asset protection.
