Responsibilities

• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Ensure staff works as a team to provide optimum guest service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; enforce company standards and safety policies.
• Complete opening/closing duties; manage supplies and tools; clean and maintain areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; address needs.
• Maintain inventory, stock, and requisition supplies; follow FIFO and quality standards.
• Read and verify information; operate equipment safely; prepare for maintenance requests.
