You will be the primary contact for inquiries, requests and feedback, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

The role involves check-in/check-out, staff training support, and maintaining guest records using a PMS while delivering exceptional hospitality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest services, front desk, or hospitality role is essential.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using the property management system.
• Provide information about local attractions, activities, and services.
• Assist in training new front desk staff and support team members.
• Ensure the lobby and reception area are always presentable and well-stocked.
