Placements24 is seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Officer to enhance the guest experience at a hotel in Nelspruit. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is comfortable and memorable.

This role requires strong communication, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with responsibilities including check-in/out support, addressing inquiries, liaising with hotel departments, and maintaining guest records.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, empathetic attitude.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
