With 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, you’ll drive campaigns, craft compelling copy, create content, and leverage AI tools to build a repeatable growth engine.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Good visual judgement and the ability to create rather than only brief.
• Experience running campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Hands-on content and social media experience.
• A good understanding of B2B growth and how marketing creates pipeline.
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools.
• An understanding of SaaS and product marketing.
• Strong commercial judgement and comfort working with performance data.
• The ability to move quickly and operate with a lot of ownership.

• Product marketing: Turn product capabilities into positioning, demos, case studies and launch campaigns.
• Founder-led marketing: Build strong LinkedIn and leadership channels.
• Creative: Produce copy, graphics, landing pages, social assets and short-form video.
• Experimentation: Test channels, measure value, and double down on what works.
