Job summary

DotActiv (Pty) Ltd. is seeking an execution-focused marketer to own our inbound engine. You’ll manage a graphic designer, interview technical SMEs, and leverage AI tools to produce high-volume, high-quality content aligned with customer journeys.

You will drive content production, optimize funnels, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams across SaaS marketing. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on B2B content marketing or inbound marketing experience (SaaS/Software exposure is a plus).
• Daily proficiency using AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, and ideation.
• Strong inbound marketing fundamentals, lead funnels, and basic SEO.
• Ability to coordinate visual creative work, manage content calendars, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written English with strong editing and technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and distribute articles, case studies, emails, and lead magnets aligned with customer journeys.
• Use AI platforms to draft, repurpose, and scale content without sacrificing tone or accuracy.
• Interview SMEs to extract domain knowledge and convert it into marketing assets.
• Direct the in-house Graphic Designer to ensure visuals align with copy and brand.
• Monitor inbound metrics (traffic, conversions, MQLs) and optimize underperforming assets.
