Job summary

The Legends Agency in Cape Town is seeking a Digital Growth Marketer / Growth Engineer to own customer acquisition across healthcare, technology and wellness. This hands-on role focuses on building scalable growth systems that deliver leads, bookings and revenue.

You will unite paid campaigns, landing pages, SEO, CRM and AI tools to create measurable performance. A 3-month probation applies, with hybrid office options in Cape Town and a compensation range of R35,000–R45,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth engineering.
• Deep technical understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, funnel builders and analytics.
• Directly built landing pages and conversion funnels for direct-response marketing.
• CRM architecture and email/SMS marketing automations experience.
• Proficient use of AI tools for marketing execution and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete acquisition journey across paid channels and funnels.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead-gen and booking flows.
• Test headlines, pricing, CTAs, forms and social proof for max conversions.
• Design automated Email, SMS and CRM journeys for nurture and reactivation.
• Integrate AI tools into daily marketing operations and reporting.
• Establish full-funnel attribution and track CAC, ROAS, and profitability.
