Job summary

The South African Breweries (SAB) in Limpopo is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth in volumes and market share within the Groblersdal region. You will manage distributors, ensure product availability in outlets, and monitor pricing and competition to maintain competitive advantage.

With 2+ years in FMCG sales and a 3-year degree, you will leverage local knowledge to strengthen relationships and deliver differentiated service that supports SAB’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree qualification required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing/FMCG environment.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
• Local area knowledge and excellent administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
• Manage and supervise Distributors of assigned sector (order, payment, re-distribution)
• Ensure IB products are available in reasonable stock in customers and retail outlets
• Ensure chillers are properly placed in outlets for IBPLC products in the sector
• Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets
• Closely monitor actions of the competition
