The South African Breweries is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive growth in volumes and market share within the Standerton region. You will manage distributors, ensure product availability, and monitor pricing and competition to maintain competitive advantage.

Minimum requirements include a 3-year degree and 2+ years in sales/ FMCG, along with a valid Code 8 driver's license. Local market knowledge and strong administrative skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 3-year qualification).
• Experience in sales/marketing/FMCG preferred (2+ years).
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license may be required.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge is essential for the role.
• Strong administrative capabilities and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
• Manage and supervise Distributors of the assigned sector (order, payment, re-distribution).
• Ensure IB products are available in adequate stock at customers and retail outlets.
• Ensure chillers are properly placed in outlets and used exclusively for IBPLC products in the sector.
• Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets.
• Closely monitor actions of the competition.
