Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) seeks a Branch Manager in Gauteng to grow the customer base and revenue through strategic retail execution. You will guide Sales Consultants, drive a service culture, and oversee daily branch operations and planning.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services with leadership experience, CPD compliance, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualificações

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• RE1 and RE5 certifications required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits OR FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Annual Class of Business accreditation.
• CPD current and past cycles compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the customer base and branch revenue through executing the retail branch strategy.
• Guide and align Sales Consultants with branch goals and strategy.
• Lead a service culture to deliver an optimal client experience.
• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, strategy, and business planning.
• Ensure sales delivery, service standards, compliance, quality and risk management.
• Oversee staff-related HR activities in collaboration with HR.
