Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is hiring a Branch Manager in Bloemfontein to grow customer base and revenue by implementing the Retail Mass branch strategy. You will guide Sales Consultants, drive a service culture, and ensure compliant daily operations.

You will manage people practices with HR support, plan monthly sales/service activities, and engage key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and drive results across the branch network.

Qualificações

• Matric (Grade 12) and regulatory qualifications required.
• RE1 and RE5 are essential for compliance.
• Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification preferred.
• Class of Business accreditation required annually.
• CPD adherence across cycles is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass by executing the branch strategy.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in the branch.
• Lead a service delivery culture to ensure optimal client experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations and develop the Retail branch strategy.
• Ensure sales delivery, compliance, quality and risk management.
• Oversee HR activities for direct reports in collaboration with HR.
