Job summary

Evenflow in South Africa is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and support partners from quoting to delivery in a permanent role with a three‑month probation. You will manage pricing, margins, and CRM/ERP records, while maintaining strong partner relationships and accurate order processing.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, with office‑based work from 08:00 to 17:00 and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in internal sales or commercial support preferred in telecommunications/IT distribution.
• Understanding of sales processes, pricing, margins, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through quoting, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support Channel Managers with sales opportunities and pipeline management.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding new partners.
• Process quotes, orders, and vendor registrations accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for successful deliveries.
