Job summary

SAB is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth in volumes and market share across assigned areas in South Africa. The role emphasizes market-driven, differentiated service to build sustainable competitiveness within identified segments.

You will work with distributors, ensure product availability, and monitor pricing and competitive movements. Minimum requirements include a 3-year degree, 2+ years in sales/ FMCG, a valid Cod 8 license, and solid IT skills.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree qualification required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales/marketing/FMCG.
• Valid unendorsed Cod 8 driver’s license.
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
• Manage and supervise distributors of the assigned sector (order, payment, re‑distribution)
• Ensure IB products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in the customers and retail outlets
• Ensure chillers are properly placed in the performing outlet and used exclusively for IBPLC products in the assigned sector
• Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets
• Closely monitor actions of the competition
